Fertilization
Includes the application of a granular nutritional food and fertilizer every 5-½ weeks through out the season. Formulated specifically for Colorado’s clay soils in the south end of the city.
Aeration
This service is recommended twice a season. It’s usually done in the spring and fall, but can be performed anytime of the year.How It Works: Compacted soils and thick layers of thatch prevent water from getting to your lawn’s roots. By removing plugs of soil, core aeration helps most of the water, air, and nutrients penetrate into the root zone, creating a healthy and beautiful lawn.
Pre-Emergent
Can only be applied early spring before soil temperature’s heat up (March-June). The pre-emergent application will help stop some perennial weeds/grasses and also help prevent crabgrass.
Weed Control
We will control the weeds in your rock or mulch beds every three weeks. We can also control your weeds in grass areas every 60 days.

Sprinkler Blowouts
This service is done in the fall before freezing temperatures occur. We will drain the pipes inside the house connected to your sprinkler system and blow out all sprinkler zones outside in the yard. The system will be dry and winterized for the cold winter months.
